We ship all monthly selections in one batch to ensure smooth delivery. Youâll receive tracking info as soon as itâs on its way.
What happens if the record I want sells out?
We do our best to ensure all monthly selections are available, but sometimes records sell out due to high demand. If your preferred pick is no longer available, youâll have a few options:
1ď¸âŁ Choose another record from the remaining selections.
2ď¸âŁ Lucky Dip option â Let us pick a record for you based on your past purchases.
3ď¸âŁ Store credit â Opt for credit equal to your subscription value to use on a future purchase.
To secure your top choice, we recommend selecting your record as soon as the monthly picks are announced. If a sellout affects your order, weâll notify you via email with available alternatives. đľ
Can I skip a month or cancel?
Yes! You can pause, skip, or cancel anytimeâno commitments, just great vinyl.
How will you let me know which records are available each month?
Weâll send a monthly email to all subscribers with that monthâs four record options, so you can make your selection before the cutoff date.
What if I forget to pick a record?
No worries! If you donât make a selection by the deadline, weâll send you a selection based on your past picks.
Can I return or exchange my record?
We canât accept returns for change of mind, but if your record arrives damaged or defective, weâll send a replacement.
How do I change my plan?
You can upgrade, downgrade, or switch plans anytime in your account settings.
