Buyers guide
About our products
At Bondi Records, we sell brand new, factory sealed vinyl records. We buy our products from suppliers in Australia, US, UK, and Europe. Although we take great care to ensure the quality of our records, it's important to know that they go through several stages before they reach you.
Starting from the manufacturer, the records pass through the distributor, customs, our own warehouse, and finally, they are shipped to your doorstep. Sometimes, during this process, the records or their covers might encounter some small imperfections like creases, split seams, or scuffs due to transportation. However, please note that these occurrences are rare.
Since Bondi Records is an online business, our records are not handled on a daily basis. We store them in a warehouse with controlled temperature, and when we package each item, we handle them with great care to ensure they arrive in the best condition possible.
How do we protect your items during shipping?
To keep your fragile vinyl records safe, we use special mailers designed for carrying multiple records securely. Each item is carefully packaged with great attention to detail, ensuring its safety while it's being transported. We mark all packages as "FRAGILE".
Our vinyl mailers are made with multiple layers of sturdy cardboard, providing strong protection for your valuable purchase. They also have enough padding to prevent bent corners and other potential damage.
In the rare event that an item arrives damaged, we will file an incident claim with Australia Post.
