‘Evie E.P.’ is the first EP album by Australian pop-rock singer Stevie Wright and released on August 25 2023. Celebrate this beloved Aussie release with a special White coloured vinyl!

Often considered one of the greatest Aussie pop-rock anthems with it consistently appearing on Triple J/M lists. Telling a love story as old as time, this eleven minute masterpiece is split into three parts: Part One (when they meet), Evie (the wedding and marriage), and I’m Losing You (her death during childbirth). Varying from rock, blues, and ballad, this song is the most accessible for anyone that Wright has ever made. This EP also includes a B-Side with the song performed live at the Sydney Opera House. With standout tracks like “Part One”, “Evie" and “I’m Losing You”, this is essential listening for fans of Aussie pop-rock.

If you love Cold Chisel, Hunters & Collectors, and The Easybeats, you’ll love Stevie Wright’s Evie E.P.

A timeless Aussie classic from the 70’s

I already have this song on CD as I’m sure lots of people have.

However it’s the version on the B-Side that is rare.

That version is the live version from the concert of the decade which took place at the Opera House forecourt in 1979.

Stevie gave it all he had for this performance.

You can watch it on YouTube, sadly this was Stevie’s swan sing performance as he had become addicted to heroin by this time.
