In-Store Pickup Policy

We love making in-store pickup easy. Here’s how it works 👇

When will my order be ready?

  • In-store pickup orders are usually ready very quickly, but please allow up to 24 hours for us to prepare your order.
  • We’ll send you an email as soon as your order is ready to collect.
  • Please make sure your contact details are correct when placing your order so we can reach you if needed.
  • Orders can be collected during store opening hours. Please bring your order confirmation (and ID if requested).
  • How long do you hold my order?

  • Once your order is ready, we’ll hold it for up to 6 months.
  • During this time, the item is yours and can be collected whenever it suits you.
  • What if I forget to collect it?

    Orders not collected after 6 months

    If an order hasn’t been picked up after 6 months:

  • If the order is still uncollected, it may be treated as uncollected goods under Australian Consumer Law. At that point, we may:
  • Return the item to stock, or
  • Dispose of the item if it’s no longer saleable or relevant.
  • Orders not collected after 12 months

  • Orders left uncollected for 12 months or more are considered to be abandoned.
  • After this time, we may resell or dispose of the item without notice.
  • Once an item has been lawfully resold or disposed of, a refund is no longer available.
  • Can’t collect in time?

    No problem — life happens.

  • If you know you won’t be able to collect your order within the holding period, just get in touch.
  • We’re happy to discuss options like shipping your order instead.
  • Your consumer rights

    This policy is designed to be fair and clear, and to comply with:

  • Australian Consumer Law (ACL), which protects your rights as a consumer, and
  • The Uncollected Goods Act 1995 (NSW), which sets out how businesses may deal with items that are not collected within a reasonable period of time.
  • Nothing in this policy limits or excludes your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
