The Strictly Ballroom Soundtrack was originally released in 1992 to accompany the globally successful Golden Globe nominated movie of the same name. The soundtrack won the BAFTA Award for Best Original Film Score in 1992 and was nominated for an ARIA in 1993. The film’s original score was composed by David Hirschfelder.
